Volunteering

Our network of volunteers is the heart of the Refuge. We have volunteer opportunities in several capacities: administrative, information and technology, tasks (such as cleaning, maintenance), skilled labour (including cooking, canning, woodworking, landscaping, gardening, working with youth and children, animal husbandry, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, astronomy, lifeguarding, camp counseling, nursing). We also welcome volunteers who can donate their musical, dramatic or other creative talents.
